The Department of Medicine is seeking a Program Administrator for the Ryan White-funded programs at the UCLA Clinical AIDS Research and Education (CARE) Center to administratively manage the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), Adult Outpatient Medical (AOM) services, and Transportation program. The Program Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the three Ryan White-funded programs, including enrolling clients in services, monitoring and scheduling client appointments and transportation services, maintaining client files, completing financial and programmatic reports, and assisting clients applying for financial assistance programs. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining program documents, requirements, and policies and will collaborate with medical and social resources both internally and externally.
Hourly Range: $31.20-$49.77Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 5 years minimum of Business operations and/or administration experience and/or other relevant work experience
+ Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
+ Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Analytical skills sufficient to interpret and apply University and campus policies; define problems; formulate logical conclusions, recognize alternatives
+ Strong written skills to prepare accurate, concise, and clear reports and document
+ Communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with University-wide and campus-wide Administrators, Deans, Department Chair, faculty and staff both orally and written
+ Experience working with people with HIV and AIDS
+ Experience working with ADAP programs (ADAP, OAHIPP, EBHIPP)
Preferred:
+ Knowledge of academic and/or administrative structure of institutions of higher education
+ Experience working with Ryan White Program contracts and services at the county level (AOM, Transportation)
+ Experience with un- and under insured patient care navigation and providing resources for housing support, substance use disorders, and mental health services
+ Experience working in EPIC or other EMR system
