This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective communication and coordination across multiple teams that deliver our award-winning products and services. The Product Operations Manager will help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction. By acting as a facilitator and supporting various operational functions, this position directly impacts the quality and speed of our service delivery.

Accountabilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless delivery for clients.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to shape delivery plans and assure value for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build clear structures, keeping teams aligned and accountable.
  • Anticipate and remove roadblocks while maintaining project momentum.
  • Navigate competing priorities and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
  • Refine project management processes and delivery standards to strengthen operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from clients and teams to improve products and services.
  • Track KPIs and provide insights for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Contribute to additional operational or strategic tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as geopolitical risk, security, or business operations (advanced degree preferred).
  • 6+ years’ experience in product operations, project management, or a comparable role.
  • Proven ability to guide teams through operational changes and implement new processes.
  • Experience managing complex, multistakeholder initiatives across global contexts.
  • Familiarity with project management and data tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Experience in testing AI and automation tools to optimize business workflows.
  • Collaborative and able to navigate diverse stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas for varied audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver with critical thinking abilities.
  • Adaptable and resilient in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
