JCC Greater Boston is seeking a part-time Pool Lifeguard. This position would allow you to use your lifesaving skills while being a part of a dynamic team. JCC Greater Boston lifeguards keep members and guests safe while creating a welcoming environment. Working a flexible schedule with opportunities year-round, the Pool Lifeguard works at our indoor and outdoor pools in the summer, shifting to indoors only the rest of the year. The Aquatics Team is a lively and fun group to work with.
This position will pay $20- $25/hr as a starting salary. Hours will range from 5-20 hours per week. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate’s relevant experience, and internal equity.
