Someone with a deep knowledge of the best business podcasts.
A strong passion for digital media, storytelling, and podcasting
Hands-on experience with social media, content marketing, and audience growth
Comfortable writing copy, editing audio/video (or willing to learn fast)
Bonus if you have experience with email tools, SEO platforms, and paid media
Self-starter mindset you take initiative and figure things out
Able to dedicate 20-25 hours per week consistently
Must be based in or aligned with U.S. time zones
