Job Description

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently
+ Maintain safe and clean work areas within the pit and surrounding zones
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
+ Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and production needs
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies during operations
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
+ Understanding of aggregate production and material handling processes
+ Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing priorities
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
