AID Performance Physical Therapy—Ashburn’s top-rated sports physical therapy clinic—is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Aide / Kinesiology Specialist to join our fun, energetic, and patient-centered team!
This full-time role begins in mid-July 2025 and is an ideal fit for new grads taking a gap year before applying to PT school. You’ll gain hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and insight into the field of physical therapy.

Monday–Friday availability
Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs
Apply hot and cold therapy
Help keep treatment areas clean and organized
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and complete paperwork
Maintain and clean equipment
Optional: Help recommend exercise products to clients
Learn and help run our Force Plate Performance Program
One-on-one mentorship and training with licensed physical therapists
Structured onboarding process designed specifically for new grads
Hands-on experience that strengthens your PT school application
Weekly team development meetings and quarterly outings
Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or similar
Dependable and mature with strong multitasking skills
Coachable attitude with a desire to grow
Looking for long-term employment (not seasonal or temporary)
Available to begin mid-July 2025
$16–$19/hour (based on experience)
