The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $25.20 (Hourly Rate)
Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. Full Time Nights, 6pm-6:30am with rotating weekends.
$4,000 Sign on Bonus
Internal and external New Grads are eligible to receive the sign-on bonus, this does not include internal experienced RN to RN transfers
3S – Observation Unit
3 South is a 16-bed observation unit. This is a fast-paced unit/environment with patients that will be considered observation status. Patients will have a wide variety of different diagnoses/illnesses. Nurses on this unit must be able to assess and coordinate patients discharge planning with many different disciplines. The RN on this unit will need to understand that there will be rapid evaluations of patients to determine safe discharge or possible movement to an inpatient unit.
