Life Engagement Coach (LEC) - Part-Time

Every other weekend rotation
Compensation:
$16.00 - $17.60 per hour

What You'll Do:
Plan and coordinate engaging activities that support residents in living with purpose, focusing on key wellness pillars: Physical Fitness, Brain Fitness, Social/Spiritual Enrichment, and Dining Experience.
Develop and execute activity calendars and personalized schedules for residents.
Ensure activity supplies and technology are available for residents to enjoy.
Encourage and assist residents in participating in daily activities.
Organize and communicate evening engagement plans to caregivers and follow up to ensure implementation.
Collaborate with the team to manage budgets for food, engagement, and educational activities.
Foster a warm and welcoming environment that promotes socialization and meaningful experiences.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members through effective and compassionate communication.
Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for making a difference.
Ability to make thoughtful decisions in the best interest of residents.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with seniors.
A strong desire to serve and support older adults in living fulfilling lives.
