The customer service agent will focus mainly on member posts in the community. Every conversation has a feeling of engagement through Community Feed or Messaging.

  • Evaluate if the posts are within the company's guidelines
  • Delete member post before it reaches people online

Community engagement

  • Help with responding to member posts
  • Respond and provide engagement to member's post

Administrative tasks

  • data entry, research, maintaining database, etc
