Job Description

AIM specializes in the development of cutting-edge marketing campaigns allowing us to safely generate revenue and extend company outreach for our top industry leading clients. Our Business Development team is offering an extraordinary PAID internship opportunity for students, and entry level roles for green professionals. We are looking for ambitious and creative forward thinkers in the Charlotte area, that will engage directly with clients in order to contribute fresh ideas to our sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities include :

  • Scheduling daily sales appointments and meetings
  • Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns
  • Engaging with consumers to secure accounts and ongoing business
  • Cross training in all departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing)
  • Staying up to date on product knowledge to provide five-star service 

Qualifications :

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competitive pay options

  • Takes initiative in order to respond accordingly to any situation that may arise
