Sales Representative
Remote (After Training) | Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission

About the Role

Join a dynamic and successful sales team where you'll play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales. This position involves engaging with customers via phone, email, and in person to build strong relationships, generate new business, and contribute to a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

Source and develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, etc.).
Provide accurate quotes and pricing to customers.
Close sales and meet or exceed set goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization and customer service.
Expand and maintain a database of potential clients.
Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, CRM tools (HubSpot), and estimating software (Smart Build) to streamline processes.
Ensure timely collection of receivables within 30 days of project completion.
Collaborate with the sales team, providing support and training to new representatives when needed.
Attend and actively participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and regional/national conferences.
Gather and report customer feedback to the Sales Development Manager.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
This role requires periods of walking, standing, sitting, climbing, squatting, bending, lifting, and kneeling.
