Description of the role: Dallas Direct is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Irving, TX. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
