• Base Pay: $19–$23/hr depending on experience (≈ $39,000 – $48,000/year)
• With Tips & Cutting Bonuses: Stylists typically earn $30–$45+ per hour (≈ $60,000 – $90,000+ annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,000
