This Position

As a No-Code Application Developer, you will design, develop, test, deliver, and support Ideal-Logic custom applications. You will work closely with the Client Relations and Platform teams to provide the best possible software experience for each unique system and client.

While a computer science, database management, or coding background is beneficial, this is a No-Code position. Employees will utilize a proprietary web-based software engine to build and maintain client applications. See the Careers page on our website at for more details.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop custom applications using the Ideal-Logic platform
  • Manage and maintain all work using state of the art project management tools
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance testing of completed work
  • Catalog, report, and address errors and client complaints
  • Perform database imports of client data
  • Work directly with clients as needed to assist in building complex forms and processes
  • Collaborate with Client Team to create development roadmaps and timelines
  • Work with senior developers to design, implement, and test new system modules and features
  • Partner with the Platform Team to update and improve application engine
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Demonstrated excellent phone, video-call, in-person, and email communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and abstractly
  • Comfortable and capable with computer and mobile technology, and Microsoft OS
  • Able to maintain a PC for business use
  • Ability to diagnose client issues that may be outside of our service but are related to it (e.g. browser, internet, or workstation issues)
  • Capable with word processing and spreadsheet software (such as Microsoft 365)
  • Ability to learn new skills on a constant basis
  • Ability to present to clients, peers, and supervisors in a variety of settings

Additional Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working with, supporting, or developing workflow, data management, or information systems in any field or industry
  • User interface development experience
  • Experience working in or with higher education institutions
  • Client support or project management experience
