Job Title: NetSuite Admin/Configuration specialist with Reworld

Location: Remote TX & NJ (Occasionally Onsite) Only EST Consultants

Duration: 12-24 Months

NetSuite Admin / Configuration specialist PROC/OM

• This candidate will be responsible for performing all configurations across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Order Management, Inventory & other SCM processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and/or SuiteBuilder
• Customize and maintain forms, fields, reports, NetSuite dashboards, and save searches
• Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links
• Support data import process and migration.
• Maintain user access, roles, and rights, and implement appropriate controls and audits.
• Maintain system integrity, including monitoring integrations, scheduled scripts, and system logs
• Maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation, new features, or configuration change
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes as needed.

Qualifications: Required:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong functional knowledge in P2P, O2C, inventory control, and supply chain operations
• Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
• Experience creating workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite security models and user/role management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• NetSuite Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation certification (Suite Foundation+Administrator).
• Experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience supporting integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft)
