Description: The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level role supporting various channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Loan Closing Position Responsibilities: + Perform routine data entry and validation tasks + Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.) + Review and validate loan documents + Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses + Monitor work queues and intervene as needed + Perform other related duties as required and assigned + Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Skills: + Customer service + Data entry + Administration support + Mortgage + Mortgage loan + Loan operation + Banking + Financial services + Encompass + Closing + Funding loans Top Skills Details: + Loan closing experience and funding + Title experience preferred + Understanding of TRID rules Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Customer service + Data entry + Administration support Education & Experience: + Associate's degree or equivalent work experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred + General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations Experience Level: Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
