Job Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Compensation : $35/hr-$45/hr (Rate determined by talent and qualifications)

Division : Fleet Services

Team Member Role

• Tackle troubleshooting and resolve electrical/mechanical issues on refrigeration units like Carrier and Thermo King using diagnostic software such as JPRO, OEM Software, and Multimeters.
• Perform regular maintenance on refrigerated trailer fleet.
• Welding and fabricating trailer parts as necessary.
• 608 EPA certification mandatory.
• Conduct DOT inspections as outlined by FMSCA guidelines.
• Physically prepared for duties which include lifting or pulling up to 75 lbs, prolonged standing or lying down, and flexible movements for equipment access.
• Participate in on-site assessments with recommended training sessions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a driver’s license is necessary.
• Class B license acquisition preferred.
• 608 EPA cert mandatory for the role.
• Technical degree or equivalent maintenance experience needed.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities demonstrated.
• Teamwork, customer service acumen, and clear communication skills (oral and written).
