Sun Prairie is looking for a dynamic instructor to lead our functional strength for seniors class mid morning Monday and/or Wednesday Friday at 945am.

If you teach other classes as well that is a plus, mid morning preferred right now.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction; provides adaptations based on individual needs.
• Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests. Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment.
• Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members.
• Works well independently and on a team.
• Ensures the safety of all members and guests.
• Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible. Teaching is available in all 3 locations.

Position Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some group teaching experience desired or background in personal training or exercise science
• National Instructor group exercise certification or the desire to obtain certification for the right fit.
