Summary

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Food & Beverage Team as our Assistant Market Manager. The Assistant Market Manager will support our Collective , a multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

The Assistant Market Manager will oversee the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, specifically our Market and Olive 8 Bagel Shop teams. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel.  The Assistant Market Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills.  Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

The salary range for this position is $77,968.80 to $86,600.00. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B leadership preferred
  • Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
  • Must be tenacious, confident, with high energy and ready to motivate teams to succeed
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Food Handlers and MAST cards required
