• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Repair and replace faulty components, including motors, belts, and gears.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the training of new maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience in machine maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and hydraulic components is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
