Description

SAIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the G/ATOR program in Hanahan, SC location. This position is 100% on-site.

Candidate Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Control the efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements
• May also plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production
• Plan and manage material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production
• Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes. Logistics functions encompass maintenance, supply, transportation and logistics plans
• Support program formulation, policy planning, coordination, inspection, integrated logistics processes, joint planning logistics, asset visibility, and material management
• Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; will work out of a central warehouse
• Use computer system and CMPro for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting
• Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements
• Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives
• Integrate learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position
• Support receiving, replacing, and retiring of HW inventory and components
• Apply processes in accordance with DoD

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active secret security clearance
• Experience with CMPro required
• Experience with common software and operating systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, but also in a team environment
• Ability to follow procedures under stressful conditions
