Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients
Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers
Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits

Qualifications:

Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus
A high school diploma is required - a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance industry experience is a must
Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions
State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
