Licensed Insurance Sales Professional
Location: Whittier, CA (Hybrid/Remote options available for AZ & OR residents with licensing)

What You'll Do:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend the right products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assisting with policy inquiries, claims, billing questions, and policy changes.
Educate clients on insurance options to help them make informed decisions.
Meet sales goals and contribute to the agency's overall success.

What We're Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in California, Arizona, or Oregon (required before start date).
Willingness to obtain P&C licenses in all three states (CA, AZ, OR) - we'll reimburse licensing fees after 90 days!
Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
Sales experience in any capacity (inside sales, outside sales, retail, telemarketing) is a plus.
Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and listening.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
Ability to connect with customers and build trust.
Life & Health License is preferred but not required.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not required).

Work Environment:

In-office preferred (Whittier, CA).
Remote work available for candidates licensed in Arizona or Oregon.
