About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a professional and motivated Leasing Agent to support leasing efforts for our low-income housing communities. The ideal candidate will guide prospective tenants through the application process, promote available units, and help ensure full occupancy while maintaining compliance with affordable housing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents with applications, tours, and leasing information
  
• Screen applicants in accordance with HUD and affordable housing regulations
  
• Maintain accurate leasing records, including applications, background checks, and income verifications
  
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner
  
• Promote available units and maintain marketing materials
  
• Coordinate move-ins and lease signings
  
• Support property management team with administrative duties as needed
  
• Maintain a welcoming office environment for current and prospective tenants
  
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other applicable laws
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or property management a plus
  
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
  
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs and application processes
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing/property management software
