Join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member and help bring our residential and commercial customers' vision for a beautiful landscape to life. Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment such as shovels, rakes, blowers, and mowers to complete daily assignments
• Clean lawns by collecting and discarding lawn debris, litter, or other waste materials
• Trim, maintain, and edge sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other features
• Plan and cultivate lawns, turf, or gardens based on landscaping designs
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees by spraying or spreading
• Trim trees and shrubs and maintain flower beds
• Perform general lawn care duties such as mowing, raking, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging, and pruning
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of landscaping practices and procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments
• Thorough understanding of how to care for various types of lawns, greenery, and plants
• Ability to operate various types of power equipment including trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Ability to use hand tools required for landscaping
• Ability to be a team player and flexibility to work with various crews
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Additional Notes

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
