We are seeking a
full-time Kitchen & Bath Designer to support our growth. We are looking for candidates who excel at delighting customers with their expertise in the art of design. Earning potential is
uncapped! Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Interact with clients by welcoming them to the store and determining desired outcomes for their project
- Create permit-ready floor plans, elevations & 3D Renderings utilizing 2020 Design Software, which detail the layout and appearance of all installations, cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc.
- Create detailed material & labor bids and educate clients on the installation process
- Provide consultation and offer high-quality suggestions based on current trends and customers’ needs and budget
- Complete job walks and inspections with clients and subcontractors after materials are installed. Report follow-up’s and issues to the Scheduler and PM.
- Professionally and cordially answer incoming phone calls; screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate person and/or answer inquiries.
- Call leads for follow-ups or to schedule and confirm new appointments
- Assist with upkeep of common areas and ensure accurate pricing of materials on a weekly basis.
- Provide administrative support for showroom personnel, as needed.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Kitchen & Bath design
- Comfort using 2020 Design Live or a similar kitchen design program
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook email, and general software programs for customer relationship management
- Excellent sales, relationship, and customer management abilities
- Positive, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented attitude
- Understanding of cabinet product features, plumbing fixtures, flooring, and countertop materials
- Familiarity with product installation is a big plus
Pay & Schedule: - $24-$30+/hour (commensurate with experience) + incentive compensation (uncapped)
- Full-time, Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat

$24 - $30 an hour
$24-$30+/hour (commensurate with experience) + incentive compensation (uncapped)
