Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the offices,showrooms, customer amenity areas, employee break-rooms, and restrooms.
Assist in sweeping and removing trash
Maintain a neat and orderly janitors room
Spot clean windows and doors
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
Detail-oriented and thorough
Ability to keep the office clean and orderly
Ability to interact with other employees and customers while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Able to work flexible schedules and weekends
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-screen background check and drug screen
