What You'll Do The Dermalogica Global Marketing team is in search of a creative, enthusiastic, and diligent
Global Product Innovation Intern . You will work directly with the Global Product Innovation team to assist in the development of products and campaigns, assist in managing new launches, and support the team with day-to-day functions.
This is a part-time paid internship. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, product introduction, and promotional programs.
- Initiate documents necessary for the launch development process.
- Assist in managing artwork updates.
- Conduct competitive product and positioning analysis.
- Organize, label, and distribute comps and lab samples.
- Participate in innovation brainstorming meetings.
What You’ll Bring Key Qualifications: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong interest in the skincare, health, and beauty industries; experience in one or more of these industries preferred
- MBA a plus
Key Skills and Abilities: - Ability to think creatively and execute tasks efficiently
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

The expected base hourly pay rate is $18.50. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
