Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Welder/Fabricator to join a reputable manufacturing company. This hands-on position involves precise measuring, cutting, fabricating, and assembling steel tubing frameworks for industrial machinery. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a precision fabrication environment.
Fabricate and weld industrial machine frames using square and rectangular steel tubing.
Perform MIG welding to exacting standards (Stick and TIG experience a plus).
Verify tolerances, alignment, and squareness throughout the fabrication process.
Perform grinding and finishing using a 7” dual-handle grinder.
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety and quality procedures in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in frame or industrial equipment welding .
Proficiency in tight tolerance fabrication and precision measurement tools.
Skilled in blueprint reading, layout, and measurement accuracy .
Experience using a 7” grinder for extended finishing work.
Pipe or construction welding experience not applicable – this role focuses on precision fabrication, not field welding.
