Our client is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Construction Project Supervisor/Inspector to join our team. This is a permanent role with a strong pipeline of projects through 2026 and beyond, offering excellent pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Your Impact
Lead and manage INDOT/LPA construction projects from start to finish.
Perform visual inspections, monitor quality control, and ensure compliance.
Prepare reports, verify contractor payments, and maintain accurate project records.
Coordinate with owners and assist design managers on construction-related issues.
Complete final records for INDOT projects.
What We're Looking For
INDOT Certified or Civil Engineering degree + Site Manager certification.
Experience as a Project Supervisor on INDOT bridge projects.
Proficiency in INDOT testing and documentation (Ashtoware experience a plus).
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Work Environment
Field-based role with a mix of truck and field office work.
Hands-off inspection position focused on visual compliance checks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Brookville, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $89440.00/yr.
