Job Title: Provisions Store Manager

Hunt & Harvest Provisions is a specialty curated grocery store that complements our catering company. We pride ourselves on offering a thoughtful mix of unique products and timeless standards to meet our customers’ needs. We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of Hunt & Harvest Provisions, including leadership, quality oversight, facilities standards, and staff supervision/scheduling.
Collaborate with Co-Chefs on sourcing ingredients, specialty products, packaging, cleaning supplies, and finished goods management.
Ensure facility upkeep, stock rotation, and inventory management.
Provide an outstanding customer experience and uphold store appearance standards.
Operate and oversee the Square Point of Sale (POS) system.
Promote and manage Hunt & Harvest Provisions’ catering menu.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or food service management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems (Square experience a plus).
Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
