Job Description

Human Resource Analyst 

The HR Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting HR data to assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives. They play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to HR Department.

What you’ll do:
  • Data Collection: Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies. 
  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management. 
  • Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning by providing insights into staffing needs, succession planning, and skills gap analysis. 
  • Recruitment Analytics: Support talent acquisition efforts by evaluating recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality. 
  • Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, including salary benchmarking. 
  • Employee Engagement: Measure and report on employee engagement surveys and feedback to drive initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction. 
  • Compliance: Monitor HR compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. 
  • HR Technology: Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimize HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). 
  • Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR strategies and decision-making.

What is required:
  • A Bachelors degree or above in  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields required. 
  • Prior HR Analyst experiance preferred
