Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description:

Dean's Professional Services is now hiring an experienced General Maintenance Worker - Senior in Tempe, AZ . This position supports facility operations by performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. We're looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in multiple trades who takes pride in maintaining buildings, equipment, and systems at peak performance.

Responsibilities include:

* Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and building systems.
* Perform general maintenance duties including painting, flooring repairs, and minor carpentry.
* Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and related components.
* Support emergency response efforts as needed, including facility readiness and safety measures.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
* Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Ability to use power and hand tools effectively and safely.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
