Job Description

Job Title: General Labor – Cardboard Manufacturing

Location: Grandville, MI

Schedule: 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $17-19/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust cardboard manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and report mechanical issues to maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing preferred (training provided).
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts if needed.
