Job Description

The Esquire Hotel Downtown Gastonia, NC is looking for a front desk agent to join our team! This position will be alternating between 1st (7am-3pm) and 2nd (3pm-11pm) 3-4 days a week.

We are located on 168 W Main Ave. Our ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, has a flexible schedule and is willing to pick up extra shifts. Experience is a plus.

• $14+
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities.

• Administrative duties
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and screen phone calls.
• Fulfilling all guests request and needs.
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Time-management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to walk up upstairs to the 7th level.
• Open availability.
