Are you an experienced dispatcher with a background in local and regional dry van freight? If you have at least 6 months of experience as a driver with a certified training course or 2 years as an Owner Operator, we want to hear from you! Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key for this role.
What We're Looking For:
✅ At least 6 months of driving experience with a certified training course OR 2 years as an Owner Operator
✅ Minimum 3 years of proven work history
✅ Strong knowledge of local and regional lanes
✅ Dry van experience required
✅ HAZMAT knowledge is a plus
✅ Ability to consolidate loads efficiently is a bonus
✅ Skilled in communication, multitasking, and TMS software
✅ Familiarity with driver coordination and compliance
✅ Must be able to Negotiate Rates with Brokers
