We’re seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivational Fitness Instructor to lead group workouts and support individual fitness journeys. You will inspire members, ensure safe and effective training, and represent the Power of Fitness brand through enthusiasm and professionalism.
Lead high-energy group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, strength training, functional fitness)
Design and modify workouts to accommodate various fitness levels and goals
Provide coaching on proper form, technique, and equipment use
Motivate and engage members to help them reach their personal best
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of training areas
Support gym events, challenges, and community-building activities
Maintain certifications and stay current on fitness trends
Represent Power of Fitness positively with professionalism and passion
Certified Fitness Instructor (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certified
1+ years of experience leading group fitness classes (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to modify workouts for varying fitness levels
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
