The candidate selected for this position will be the Finance Director for the Space Systems product line within the C4ISR business area. With annual revenues approaching $200m, this product line is poised for growth in the space market. The product line has a diverse portfolio of state of the art development/production programs, and has both defense and commercial products. This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the Space Systems Product Line Director and to the Product Line & Business Area Finance Leadership teams. This position oversees a team of eight with staff in Manassas, VA and Hudson, NH. This role will be based in Hudson, New Hampshire (65 River Rd), with periodic travel to Manassas, VA as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Finance business partner to the Space Systems Product Line Director and the entire team

• Develop financial forecasts for the product line for the current year and the long-range plan, incorporating a full view of risk and opportunities to the forecast

• Align with the team on strategic direction and priorities and the financial forecast

• Deliver on all weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, including reporting on variances

• Review and approve bids and proposals

• Support business case analysis and investment decisions

• Provide guidance and oversight to the product line and program teams ensuring compliance

• Develop opportunities for team development, growth, and continuous improvement

• Ensure financial resources are available as needed throughout the product line

• Partner with the product line to grow the commercial portions of the business and ensure compliance and profitability

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years work experience or Masters' Degree and equivalent experience.

• Experience in proposal strategic leadership, development/review of financial forecasting of salient data, and successful mentoring of staff.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a changing environment.

• Ability to partner with all functions.

• Secret Clearance - or at minimum, ability to obtain it after starting in role.

• DoD Contracting experience.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Experience working with various contracting vehicles and program types

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
