Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Engineer to support Siemens CT equipment within the Pacific Northwest region. This role requires a strong technical background in CT imaging technology and a proven track record of servicing these systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Siemens CT imaging equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all serviced equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all service activities.
  • Stay current with Siemens CT technology updates and advancements.
  • Train and educate client staff on the proper use and maintenance of CT imaging equipment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Field Service Engineer experience specifically with Siemens CT equipment.
  • Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of CT imaging technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.

Desired Experience

While a formal educational qualification is not specified, extensive hands-on experience and technical expertise in servicing Siemens CT technology is required to fulfill the role effectively.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 annually. However, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expectations discussed during the interview process. Additional benefits may be provided, which will be shared with qualified candidates during the hiring process.
