Experienced Office Assistant Location Lindon, UT :

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This position will provide administrative assistance to multiple departments and projects and will work with several resources, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Welcome visitors and identify their purpose to direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Perform minor accounting and HR duties.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company processes and resources to create and implement project completion planning.
  • Assist and complete a variety of reports.
  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completing of simple forms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous project management is useful but not required for the right candidate.
  • An understanding and consideration to working with various departments and finding out the unknown components required for the success of the project.
  • 1 Year experience with QuickBooks (Preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, people skills, and research skills
  • Open to feedback and correction while learning
  • Willingness to always be learning new processes
  • Ability to work well with others

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Working Conditions:

This position will be in an office setting but not limited to performing duties in a warehouse environment.
