We are seeking a driven and personable Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in executing exciting, mission-driven events that connect our organization with local communities. You will support event setup, promote our brand, and build lasting relationships with attendees and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of live events.
- Promote the MGN Foundation’s mission and values to event attendees.
- Engage with the public to drive interaction and deliver a positive event experience.
- Coordinate with vendors, local businesses, and influencers to ensure event success.
- Distribute marketing materials and respond to attendee inquiries.
- Gather event feedback and contribute ideas for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- No prior professional experience needed; internships or volunteer roles are beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in engaging with diverse audiences.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
