Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement : Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options tailored to their specific requirements.
• Education & Advice : Educate clients on the benefits and features of various life insurance policies and provide personalized recommendations to help them make informed decisions.
• Quote Presentation : Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage, terms, and conditions in clear, understandable language.
• Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Sales Tracking : Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Excellent Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring understanding and trust.
• Persuasive & Negotiation Skills : Ability to persuade and negotiate to close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Client Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Self-Motivated & Target-Driven : A passion for sales with the ability to stay motivated and meet goals independently.
• Insurance Knowledge : Familiarity with life insurance products, policies, and regulations (training available for the right candidate).
• Clear Explanation of Concepts : Ability to explain insurance concepts in a simple and clear manner that clients can easily understand.
