We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused sales position inside partnered retail locations. You’ll be responsible for promoting client products, engaging with customers, and helping drive revenue while building skills that lead to long-term growth opportunities—including leadership and entrepreneurship pathways.
What You’ll Do:
Represent client products and services in retail environments
Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
Communicate product features, pricing, and promotions effectively
Achieve and exceed individual performance goals
Collaborate with team members and participate in daily training sessions
Learn business operations, leadership development, and sales strategy through ongoing coaching
