SUMMARY

Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for self-motivated and experienced Dump Truck Drivers. Drivers provide outstanding customer service by delivering a quality product safely and efficiently, always representing the company in a friendly and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Drive dump truck to work locations for pickups and deliveries of aggregates, as well as wet batch concrete.
• Properly load, secure, and unload in a safe manner.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip safety inspection on equipment and the truck to ensure a safe vehicle.
• Wash out truck after delivery.
• Perform minor maintenance to truck (tire pressure, oil change, lube job, etc.).
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety equipment and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites per company policies.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous commercial truck driving experience, preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement required (must maintain valid CDL while employed) .
• Valid state Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must pass Federal DOT record check (FMCSA Clearinghouse).
• Must pass post conditional offer of employment DOT physical (must always carry a valid Medical Exam Certificate).
• Able to work flexible hours M-F with some Saturdays.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills. Work well under time constraints and respond positively to change.
