✅ You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years experience dispatching trucks (any of: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Box Truck, or Hotshot)
- Deep knowledge of U.S. freight lanes, load boards, and rate negotiation
- Experience creating SOPs and training junior staff
- Familiarity with broker systems, factoring, and invoicing
- Organized, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver

- You’ve helped build or scale a dispatching operation (ideal)
? Bonus Points for:
- Knowledge of tools like DAT, TruckStop, TMS systems, and CRM platforms
- Experience working remotely with VAs or offshore teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to help shape the company
✨ What We Offer:
- Flexible hours & remote work
- Opportunity to grow into Ops Manager or COO-type role
- Performance-based bonuses
