Description As a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team, keeping the lines of communication open between its employees and customers. This position is located at our Hoboken NJ location.
Pay will range for this position is $18-$22 / hr. Full-time shifts only. Overtime available
This role provides an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S.
Requirements - At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience
- Must possess administrative experience
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule which may include some nights and weekends
- MS Outlook and Excel
- This position is safety sensitive and requires a drug test
Responsibilities - Review schedules and requests
- Monitor service performance
- Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations
