**Responsibilities** All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost effective manner. Under the direction of the department manager and the direct supervision of the clerical supervisor will independently performs a latitude of complex clerical and secretarial duties in the Radiology department. **Qualifications** + Previous experience with filing preferred. + Demonstrates ability to verbally communicate clearly in English, including a solid knowledge of written communication skills. + Requires the knowledge of Microsoft Suite(Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace, e-mail and medical transcription programs. + Ability to deliver excellent customer service with sensitivity to age, cultural and ethnic differences among the population served. **Overview** Founded in 1887, Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center is a 318-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in downtown Los Angeles, California.
