We are seeking a highly experienced Dental Billing RCM Recruiter to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position — the ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting within the dental billing and RCM industry , along with hands-on expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.

Job Overview:

As a Dental Billing RCM Recruiter at iCore, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of RCM roles including billing specialists, insurance verification agents, AR managers, and leadership positions. Your goal is to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with iCore’s standards of excellence.

This position requires an organized, results-driven recruiter with a strong understanding of the dental industry and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with meaningful roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for RCM positions (billing, insurance verification, AR, collections, and operations).

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through ATS platforms , LinkedIn Recruiter , and other sourcing tools.

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and deliver top-quality hires quickly.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for both U.S.-based and offshore positions.

• Draft, post, and manage job listings across multiple recruiting platforms.

• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communications.

• Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment performance reports.

• Represent iCore professionally in all candidate interactions and networking activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience in the dental billing, medical billing, or RCM field .

• Strong understanding of dental operations, billing workflows, and RCM roles.

• Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Experience hiring both domestic and international (offshore) talent preferred.

• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
