Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Demo Laborer and Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning, demolition, and general labor in residential and

commercial properties that have been affected by water, fire, mold, or other types of damage. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition of non-structural building materials (drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.)
• Assist with the cleanup and restoration of affected areas
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Remove debris and damaged materials
• Set up containment and air filtration systems (as needed)
• Clean and sanitize surfaces using appropriate methods and chemicals
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in restoration, demolition, or general labor (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work in various environments, including dirty, wet, or smoky conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor job sites
• May be exposed to mold, dust, smoke, water, or other contaminants
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
