Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our migration project by helping build organizations, accounts, and users in our system. This position is perfect for those with excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and a knack for providing stellar customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform application administration tasks to support migration efforts.
Manually build organizations and users in the system as part of a large-scale project.
Collaborate with divisions to ensure smooth operations during transitions.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Work across assigned shifts to align with the needs of the divisions.
What We're Looking For

Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed (>40 WPM).
Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language; bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Helpdesk Experience: Tier 1 helpdesk or triage experience is a plus but not required.
Reliable Internet: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with dependable internet connectivity.
Shifts Available
We offer flexibility with shifts ranging from:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
